The La Sierra University Psychology Department invites applications for a full-time assistant or associate professor position (tenure-track).   Candidates must have a PhD (ABD considered) in psychology or related area in neuroscience with expertise in neuroscience suitable for teaching upper-division undergraduate courses and mentoring undergraduate research.  Teaching responsibilities will specifically include lower-division Physiological Psychology and one or more upper-division courses in cognitive and/or behavioral neuroscience. Ability to contribute to the department’s Methods and Statistics sequence is desirable.  La Sierra University is a small (<2,000 students), Seventh-day Adventist liberal arts university located in southern California, with strong emphases on undergraduate research and service; Seventh-day Adventist applicants are preferred.  The Psychology Department is comprised of six full-time faculty and about 120 majors; visit http://www.lasierra.edu/ psychology for more information.
